Deceit

A compelling true crime drama series for Channel 4 from writer and executive producer Emilia di Girolamo (Three Pines, The Tunnel), about the infamous undercover investigation into the 1992 murder of Rachel Nickell on Wimbledon Common. BAFTA nominated Niamh Algar stars as undercover officer 'Lizzie James', tasked with snaring prime suspect Colin Stagg, played by Sion Daniel Young. Harry Treadaway portrays Detective Inspector Keith Pedder, who, along with Eddie Marsan's Paul Britton, leads the dangerous undercover operation that would become one of the Metropolitan Police's most controversial investigations in history.
